Chernobyl evidence: INSAG and UNSCEAR

How IAEA reports, Soviet trial records and UN health annexes built the public file on reactor 4.

The first weeks produced a propaganda fog. The lasting file is IAEA, UNSCEAR and later Ukrainian and Russian archives.

Dose maps and thyroid registries are stronger than any single cinematic control-room scene.
