- Peer plan — Isolation is a service failure.
- Family access — Who never heard of the search?
- No group rank — Identification is not anthropology.
- Review calendar — Gagné’s talent can stall without catalysts.

- Compacting audit — List units the student already knows. That is Renzulli’s schoolhouse starting point.
- Above-level sample — Give a slice of next year’s work. Interest plus success is information.
- Unevenness map — One page: highs, lows, body, peers. Winner’s portrait in miniature.
- Nomination reverse-search — Who is never nominated? Start there next cycle.
- Catalyst list — Name Gagné’s environmental and intrapersonal catalysts actually present.
Pitfalls
- IQ-only gate — Misses Renzulli’s other rings and most arts.
- Permanent caste — A childhood percentile is not an adult identity.
- Prestige hoarding — Gifted tracks that mainly replicate prior tutoring.
- Ignoring 2e — A disability can hide a high ceiling from sloppy screens.
