- 6–8 — Self-sought looking — The child draws from life without a contest.
- 9–12 — Style lock risk — A praised cartoon manner can stall observation.
- 13–16 — Portfolio identity — 예고 and foundation years begin. Burnout appears.
- Adult — Late looking — Many designers and painters start serious observation after another career.
Tests & tasks
- Observational drawing from life — The honest sample.
- Portfolio over time — Trend beats a single pretty sheet.
- Memory drawing — Useful; still trained.
- Draw-a-person IQ — Do not use as art identification.
Environments
- Things to look at — Museums, streets, objects — not only screens of finished style.
- Critique that is specific — “More contrast on the left plane,” not “you are gifted”.
- Materials access — Charcoal and time are cheaper than mystique.
- Korea 예고 / atelier hours — Industrial looking — quality still varies by teacher.
False positives
- Cute character clones — Manner, not seeing.
- Parent-finished contest work — A sample of the adult.
- One medium miracle — A single digital filter is not a profile.
- Savant exhibition without consent ethics — Clinical drawing is not a school talent show.
