A team widely regarded as built specifically for the Olympics. Anna Hasselborg formed this lineup in 2015 with Sara McManus, Agnes Knochenhauer and Sofia Mabergs, and beat Kim Eun-jung's South Korea 8-3 in the Pyeongchang 2018 final for Swedish women's Olympic gold. Bronze followed at Beijing 2022, and at Milan-Cortina 2026 the team beat Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni 6-5 to win again, making Hasselborg only the second woman after Anette Norberg to win two Olympic titles. Three Olympic medals is currently the strongest record in women's curling. The world championship has been more elusive, with two silver medals in 2018 and 2019 marking the gap in how this team is judged. In 2022 it became the first women's team to sweep all four majors in a season, and the Swedish national title has gone to this team six times between 2011 and 2024.
