Debates
- Is the long tail healthier? — More choice, more collisions of near-spellings, more teacher labour.
- Whose classic? — Mary is a classic in one file; a generation character is a classic in another system.
- Does uniqueness reduce bias? — Not reliably. Distinctive names can increase signal. Classics can carry other stereotypes.
