Respostas curtas
Qual autoridade ou corredor local importa para este tipo?
Comece pela lente local: homologação, licenças e hubs — não uma checklist global.
Is this a buying guide?
No. Tool-Lifes /vehicles is an educational atlas. It explains history, systems and culture without affiliate rankings.
Are the scores official?
No. The six scores are relative editorial 0–100 marks across the 48 types on this site.
Where do the photos come from?
Lead images resolve from Wikimedia Commons via Wikipedia titles on the English masters, with licences recorded on the credits page.
Why metric units?
Metric is the default. Regional notes (US customary, local brand culture) appear in culture and market chapters.
How is this different from a wiki article?
Each type gets seven fixed-depth chapters, comparable scores and cross-type labs — structured for browsing, not a single freeform page.
Em Helicóptero, propulsão, estrutura, controlo e segurança partilham o mesmo envelope operacional.
Os medidores resumem margem estrutural, manutenibilidade e fatores humanos em pontuação relativa.
Sistemas
Estrutura
Helicóptero: Swashplate tilts disk for cyclic and collective; blade pitch links set lift and control moments.
Propulsão
Helicóptero: Anti-torque fan or tail rotor counters main rotor torque and provides yaw authority.
Energia
Helicóptero: Gas turbine drives gearbox; freewheel unit allows autorotation if engine quits.
Controlo
Helicóptero: Landing gear suited to pads, ships, and uneven terrain; ground handling wheels optional.
Interface
Helicóptero: Rescue hoist and cargo hooks extend utility for EMS, offshore, and fire buckets.
Segurança
Helicóptero: Automatic flight control holds hover and approach profiles; GPS approaches to heliports.

Pontos quentes
Helicóptero: Mast bumping (teetering)
Helicóptero: Low-G maneuvers can exceed rotor flapping limits on some two-blade designs.
Helicóptero: Tail rotor drive
Helicóptero: Tail-rotor gearbox failures remove yaw control at hover power.
Helicóptero: Chip detectors
Helicóptero: Metal in gearbox oil signals impending gear or bearing failure.
Helicóptero: Hydraulic boost loss
Helicóptero: Manual reversion increases control forces beyond some pilots in IMC.
Helicóptero: Dynamic rollover
Helicóptero: Slope or skid snag on one side can pivot ship before pilot reacts.
Materiais
Helicóptero: Composite rotor blades
Helicóptero: Carbon skins over honeycomb balance stiffness with repair segments.
Helicóptero: 7075 aluminum hub
Helicóptero: Rotor head components see high fatigue cycles from blade loading.
Helicóptero: Synthetic turbine oil
Helicóptero: High-temperature oil resists coking in hot section bearings.
Helicóptero: Kevlar fuel cells
Helicóptero: Crash-resistant bladders reduce post-impact fire risk.
