Respostas curtas
Qual autoridade ou corredor local importa para este tipo?
Comece pela lente local: homologação, licenças e hubs — não uma checklist global.
Is this a buying guide?
No. Tool-Lifes /vehicles is an educational atlas. It explains history, systems and culture without affiliate rankings.
Are the scores official?
No. The six scores are relative editorial 0–100 marks across the 48 types on this site.
Where do the photos come from?
Lead images resolve from Wikimedia Commons via Wikipedia titles on the English masters, with licences recorded on the credits page.
Why metric units?
Metric is the default. Regional notes (US customary, local brand culture) appear in culture and market chapters.
How is this different from a wiki article?
Each type gets seven fixed-depth chapters, comparable scores and cross-type labs — structured for browsing, not a single freeform page.
Em Porta-aviões, propulsão, estrutura, controlo e segurança partilham o mesmo envelope operacional.
Os medidores resumem margem estrutural, manutenibilidade e fatores humanos em pontuação relativa.
Sistemas
Estrutura
Porta-aviões: Steam or EMALS catapults accelerate aircraft to flying speed; arresting wires recover mass on landing.
Propulsão
Porta-aviões: Multi-deck hangars store and maintain aircraft; deck-edge elevators move planes to the flight deck.
Energia
Porta-aviões: Propulsion steam also drives catapults and ship service; carriers demand sustained high power output.
Controlo
Porta-aviões: Primary flight control directs launch/recovery cycles; Fresnel lens aids glideslope.
Interface
Porta-aviões: Radar, CIWS, and escort screen protect the high-value air wing asset.
Segurança
Porta-aviões: JP-5/JP-8 systems and magazine handling feed cyclic flight operations.

Pontos quentes
Porta-aviões: Catapult cross-deck pendant
Porta-aviões: Wear or misrigging causes insufficient launch energy and ditchings.
Porta-aviões: Arresting wire break
Porta-aviões: Broken wires endanger deck crew and may miss trap on recovery.
Porta-aviões: Jet blast deflector
Porta-aviões: Failed JBD panels expose deck personnel to exhaust and ingestion risk.
Porta-aviões: Elevator misalignment
Porta-aviões: Hangar deck crashes occur if platform level interlocks fail.
Porta-aviões: FOD on deck
Porta-aviões: Loose objects ingested into engines cause million-dollar fan damage.
Materiais
Porta-aviões: High-strength flight deck steel
Porta-aviões: Armored deck resists impact and heat from aircraft operations.
Porta-aviões: Aramid arresting gear
Porta-aviões: Purchase cables and sheaves absorb trap energy repeatedly per cycle.
Porta-aviões: Reactor shielding (nuclear)
Porta-aviões: Heavy concrete and steel protect crew from radiation in propulsion spaces.
Porta-aviões: Non-skid deck coating
Porta-aviões: Abrasive epoxy maintains traction in jet exhaust and rain.
