What Make reads
Make takes the file of the decimal file and keeps separators for the locale, so 30 rows do not turn commas into extra columns. That is the point of starting there when the sheet already exists.
Use Make when the decimal file already lives in a file with 30 rows and the numbers should keep their locale separators. Use studio paste when you are placing a title, an annotation, or a palette on a form you already trust. Make reads the file. The studio edits the picture. Starting in the wrong one means typing the table twice.
If the decimal file is a CSV or a spreadsheet of 30 rows, open Make so locale numbers stay intact. Open the studio when the data are already a chart and you are only changing the title, the note, or the palette. Do not retype a large table into the canvas.
Check each criteria to confirm findings against the atlas verdict.

The studio is for the picture of a decimal file you already accept: title length, a source footnote, a palette. It is a poor place to paste 30 rows by hand.
A decimal file of 30 rows can use a comma or a point as the decimal mark. Make follows the locale sample. Pasting the same sheet into the studio without that care splits values and silently changes the chart.
If you already cleaned the decimal file in a sheet of 30 rows, Make should be the first page. The studio comes after, for the sentence around the chart, not for a second entry of the numbers.
This page chooses Make or the studio for a decimal file of 30 rows. It does not upload your file and it does not change how the studio sanitizes a shape.
