Feynman technique, Pre-event freeze, 72
Sunday evening: at the desk, write only 72 and 72 for Feynman technique on the card. Put “Pre-event freeze” under Feynman technique. At the timer, count 72 once. Do not write a diagnosis beside Feynman technique. Leave 72 and Pre-event freeze at the desk.
Feynman technique is “Pre-event freeze” in 72, and the figure kept beside it is 72. This week, use one method only, and do not blur the time by mixing another method. Do not read a count of misses as a person’s ability. Keep only the figure on the card. Doing teach-back without a closed-page check is interior design. At the desk, open Feynman technique so the card shows 72 first, 72 next, and “Pre-event freeze” beside them.
This week, before you start the timer, write the method’s name, the year, and the figure on the desk card, and study once only for that many minutes. When the timer rings, close the card and do not run a second round the same day. The order is Feynman technique, 72, 72, then “Pre-event freeze”. When the timer is done, look again only at 72 for Feynman technique and leave 72 on the card.
Do not judge the method by a rank of scores, and do not write a diagnosis on the card. Check that the method on the card and the timer you started today are the same study, and if not, turn the timer off and only read the card. Do not read a count of misses as a person’s ability. Keep only the figure on the card. Match Pre-event freeze with 72 at the desk before you close 72 for Feynman technique. Feynman technique is “Pre-event freeze” in 72, and the figure kept beside it is 72.
This week, before you start the timer, write the method’s name, the year, and the figure on the desk card, and study once only for that many minutes. Feynman technique is “Pre-event freeze” in 72, and the figure kept beside it is 72.72
